Vertical tube furnace is a kind of tube furnace. It adopts a structure in which the tube and the heating furnace body are in a vertical state. The two ends are sealed with stainless steel flanges. The atmosphere can be passed and the vacuum can be drawn. The sample is hoisted through the top flange for sintering. The furnace tube can be selected from stainless steel tubes, quartz tubes, and alumina tubes according to different working temperatures. Single temperature zone or multi-temperature zone can also be selected according to working conditions. Vertical tube furnace is mainly used for heat treatment of small dry materials and vertical CVD coating, etc.
