The High vacuum Brazed tube furnace with a diameter of 250mm uses large-diameter heating tubes, which can process a large number of samples. It has a double-layer air-cooled structure, low furnace shell temperature, and uses high-quality iron chromium aluminum alloy as the heating element. Equipped with a high vacuum diffusion pump set to achieve high vacuum inside the furnace. It targets small materials that are brazed and sintered in high vacuum environments.High vacuum brazed tube furnace is also suitable for rare earth materials, catalyst materials, magnetic materials, lithium battery positive and negative electrode materials (lithium manganate, ternary, phosphoric acid), and can also be used in glass, bioceramics, graphene, lithium battery positive and negative materials, crystal annealing, LED luminous materials and other fields. It can be used for heat treatment, sintering, deposition coating, ash measurement and other occasions of samples under atmosphere protection.
