1700℃ rotary tube furnace, the furnace tube can rotate continuously, so that the powdered or granular samples inside can fully and evenly react and sinter with the atmosphere. It has a reasonable double-layer carbon steel shell structure. The heating element is a new process silicon molybdenum rod. The temperature control system adopts Yudian PID controller, and users can program 30 segments according to their needs. The temperature control accuracy is high, the temperature field is uniform, and the speed is variable from 1 to 20rpm. The furnace tube adopts ceramic tube, which has good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The vacuum flange adopts SS304 sealing flange. There are air inlet and outlet to control the atmosphere. This furnace is particularly suitable for the heat treatment process of granular materials with continuous flow at high temperature. It is also suitable for the production of iron ore powder, heating debinding, cables, optical fibers, mineral detection, jewelry, such as precious gems (atmosphere N2, Co2, Ar, O2, H2 more).
