Slide-rapid Cooling Tube Furnace

1200℃ Sliding-rapid cooling tube furnaces are mainly used in the field of rapid heating and cooling. The furnace can be moved automatically or manually according to process requirements, and the movement speed can be intelligently adjusted. After the furnace is heated to the set temperature on one side, the equipment can be directly moved to the other side to achieve rapid cooling of the sample. The heating rate can reach 200℃/mins, and the fastest cooling rate can reach 100℃/mins. The furnace can be repeatedly moved left and right to meet the rapid heating and cooling needs of materials.

This device can achieve rapid heating and cooling of the quenching process. After the heating is completed, the furnace can be manually or electrically controlled to move to the other side, so that the material inside the tube stays in the quartz tube without a heating zone, thereby achieving the process of air cooling.
