Products Description of high temperature lab vacuum tube furnace

This tube furnace features a water-cooled exhaust end with copper tubing, which extends flange seal life and supports high-temperature exhaust to meet demanding requirements. It sustains 1600℃ for long-term operation. Heating zone sizes: OD40/60/80/100 mm × lengths 205/350/440 mm (optional). Customization available. Ideal for stepped heat treatment of ceramics, metals, powders, etc., under vacuum or inert atmosphere. Widely used in labs, universities, R&D institutes, and factory labs, supporting scale-up to batch production

Precautions for use:
·The long-term use temperature of the quartz tube is ≤1600℃.
· If the pressure reading is greater than 0.02MPa, user needs to open the air relief valve to prevent accidents (such as furnace tube rupture, flange flying out, etc.)

·Tube block need to be placed before heating

·Heating rate is suggested RT~1000℃≤10℃/minute,1000~1500℃≤5℃/minute,1500~1600℃≤3℃/minute for the longer lifetime of heater and tube

·When using an alumina tube for the first time, it must be baked to remove moisture, in order to avoid any adverse effects on both the tube and the materials.
