Product Description of Vacuum Tublar Furnace
The tublar furnace can achieve high temperature and various gases entering as protective atmosphere and gases required for reaction with heat-treated materials. The temperature can be precisely controlled within ±1°C and 30 segments of program can be achieved. The quartz tube has the characteristics of high corrosion resistance, and the sealing flange adopts O-ring sealing, which can achieve a maximum vacuum degree of -0.1Mpa and an internal space pressure of 0.02Mpa. It is an essential scientific research equipment for small batch materials in the laboratory.
