Products other than the regular version, with large capacity, ranging from 36 liters to 600 liters, are hotly sold. It can be used from room temperature to 1750℃. Allowing inert gas to be filled into the furnace, the CE and UL certified temperature controller allows 30 to 50 temperature time control intervals with an accuracy of ±1°C. Efficient and mature.

Applications
The customized large-capacity atmosphere furnace provides users with convenience to improve processing efficiency. The multi-program temperature and time setting of 1700℃ 30~50 sections allows the material to be perfectly heat treated. it is applied to metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, and special products involved in scientific research and teaching. Materials, building materials and other fields. Suitable for annealing, sintering, normalizing, quenching and other fields.
Warm tips
1. Door block must be placed so as to make sure the safety when user open the first door, also for the value of excellent thermal preservation in the chamber and good effect of silicon strip sealing accessory.
2. The pressure should be not more than 0.02Mpa to use to assure the safety of furnace.
3. It is suggested that when a stable flow rate into the chamber, the flow rate is lower to make sure that there is no side effect to the SiC heating element and MoSi2 heating element, also the refractory material.
4. Corrosive and acidic gases are forbidden to enter the furnace to avoid damage to the chamber
5. Heating elements belong to a consumable accessories, it is suggested that the buyer purchased extra 1set acting as a spare part.
6. The higher temperature, the lower heating rate is suggested so as to make sure a longer lifetime of heating element. 0~1000℃≤10℃, 1000~1500℃≤5℃/minute, above 1500℃＜3℃/minute were suggested.
