Industrial electric furnace is a new, energy-saving, environment-friendly heat treatment equipment, ultra-energy structure, mainly for low-chrome ball, roll, ductile iron, flanges, automobile parts and other products tempering heat treatment purposes. Also can be used in chemical engineering, powder metallurgy, precision casting and other industry products drying and baking purposes. The series has good security, excellent energy-saving effect, good temperature uniformity, etc., it can replace the refractory furnace currently.

Trolley muffle furnace is mainly used for annealing, normalizing and stress relieving of bars and tubes, forgings, large weldments and castings.

Car bottom furnace Features

1. Furnace Lining use the new energy-efficient ceramic fiber module structure and then traditional furnace saving 15-30% powder.
2. Trolley walking and lifting are electric door, stable, easy to operate.
3. The heating element use high electric resistance alloy strip, resistance Material: 0Cr25A15.
4. The control system consists of microcomputer intelligent process control instrument and thyristor modules, control accuracy up to ± 1 ℃, ensure the process temperature curve.
5. Trolley in and out, door lifting operating system uses the self-locking device to prevent misuse of workers, equipment damage.

7. Integration of rail, easy to install; for small part product, it only requires a ground plane basis directly fixed to use.

Optional function

1. Temperature recorder can record the whole process temperature curve, you can select the chart recorder or paperless recorder.
2. remote communication control system, By computer can remotely control multiple furnaces setting temperature programmed, temperature profile records and other functions, easy to operate, reliable control.
3. The trolley can be designed to automatically rollover, easy to improve product quenching rate.
4. The furnace roof can increase the hot air circulating fan, the device can be improved temperature uniformity.
