Debinding and sintering furnace is mainly designed for the integrated degreasing and pre-sintering process of fine ceramic components such as aluminum nitride, silicon nitride substrates, alumina, zirconium oxide, dielectric ceramics, etc. It can also be used for ceramic powder materials, solid-state fuel cells SOFC, LTCC, MLCC, NTC, NFC, ceramic cores and other electronic components for debinding, pre-burning and firing and powder decarbonization.
The thermal material of Debinding and sintering furnace is made of high-quality energy-saving imported foam bricks. The heating element is heated by high-quality resistance wire wound spirally through a corundum tube, and the heating tube is arranged on five sides. The control instrument uses the European program controller imported from the UK. The equipment has the advantages of stable temperature control, superior performance, low energy consumption, and clean furnace, which is very suitable for medium and small batch production and scientific research in enterprises.
Features of Debinding and sintering furnace
1. High-quality resistance wire is wound spirally through corundum tube for heating, heating tubes are arranged on five sides, and a preheating system is used outside the furnace.
2. Dual-system thermal field control method: low temperature is circulated through hot air of the preheating system, and high temperature is heated and radiated through five sides in the furnace.
3. The control instrument uses the European instrument imported from the UK, and the equipment has high temperature control accuracy.
4. Equipped with tail gas treatment cracking and purification device, the tail gas emission in the degreasing process is more environmentally friendly.
5. The volume of the equipment can be selected according to requirements, from experimental small batch production to large-scale production.
