The laboratory biomass cracking with condensate collector is a high-temperature laboratory furnace, which adopts a double carbon steel shell and 30 stage PID control. Composed of high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiberboard and high-quality heating elements. This stove is equipped with an air cooling system to rapidly cool and raise the temperature.
It is a specialized equipment developed for sintering and melting analysis of metal, non-metal, and other composite materials in universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprise laboratories.

Lab biomass pyrolysis furnace using note : 

 

1. After the stove is used for the first time or not used for a long time, it should be baked at about 120°C for 1 hour and at about 300°C for 2 hours before use, so as not to cause cracking in the furnace.

2. The furnace temperature is low at first, a large amount of heat absorption is required, so the heating rate of the low temperature section should not be too fast, and the difference between the heating rates of each stage should not be too large, and the physical and chemical properties of the sintered material should be fully considered when setting the heating rate, so as to avoid the phenomenon of spraying materials and polluting the furnace.

3. The heating element of silicon-molybdenum rod should not be operated for a long time in the temperature range of 400-700°C, otherwise low-temperature oxidation will occur and the service life will be affected.

4. The furnace temperature should not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damage to the heating element and the furnace lining.

5. The cooling rate should not exceed 10°C/min, and refractory blocks must be inserted before closing the door.

6. In order not to affect the service life of the instrument, it is recommended to raise the temperature at 10°C/min

7. The furnace door can only be opened after the temperature in the furnace becomes normal temperature, the sample temperature may still be high at this time, please pay attention to wear high-temperature gloves for operation;

8. It is normal for small cracks to appear on the surface of the refractory after long-term use.

9. This chamber furnace has no vacuum sealing, and cannot be passed into flammable, explosive, toxic and corrosive gases;
