High Vacuum annealing furnace uses Double horizontal shell with water cooling channels, outer shell Carbon steel and inner shell stainless steel; The Controller with 30 segments PID control. The electric furnace consists of high purity stainless steel chamber and high quality heating element with high vacuum or inert gas atmosphere.
The horizontal vacuum annealing furnace is specially used for bright annealing of tool steel, die steel, high-speed steel, ultra-high strength steel, magnetic materials, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and other materials.
