The inert atmosphere furnace with an absolute pressure of 10 Pa allows effective research on specific materials and is the second generation product following the standard atmosphere furnace. Digital resistance gauge, bipolar rotary vane pump, enhanced chamber, high temperature resistant sealing strip and hand wheel greatly improve the sealing and vacuum degree, and are suitable for users who require such range pressure.
