1400C 1700C Dual heating zone tube furnace is divided into two heating zones, which has more precise temperature control, better temperature uniformity, and can be independently controlled. The furnace chamber is made of high-quality alumina ceramic fiberboard, which has high temperature resistance and good thermal insulation effect. It adopts a double-layer air-cooling structure, which can keep the surface temperature below 60 degrees. The heating element is made of high-quality silicon molybdenum rod, which has high temperature resistance, good performance and is easy to replace. Warm Tips

1. The air pressure in the furnace tube shall not be higher than 0.02MPa

2. Since the internal air pressure of the gas cylinder is high, the pressure reducing valve must be installed on the gas cylinder when the gas is fed into the furnace tube. To ensure safety, it is recommended to use a pressure lower than 0.02MPa

3. When the furnace body temperature is higher than 1000 ℃, the furnace tube shall not be in a vacuum state, and the pressure in the furnace tube shall be equivalent to the atmospheric pressure

4. The gas flow into the furnace tube shall be less than 200SCCM to avoid the impact of cold air flow on the hot furnace tube

5. For the sample heating experiment, it is not recommended to close the air extraction valve and air inlet valve at the flange end of the furnace tube. If it is necessary to close the gas valve to heat the sample, pay attention to the indication of the pressure gauge at all times. If the air pressure indication is greater than 0.02MPa, the exhaust valve must be opened immediately to prevent accidents (such as furnace tube rupture, flange flying out, etc.)
