1800C box-type muffle furnace electric furnace adopts high-quality silicon molybdenum rods and the latest alumina ceramic fiber furnace material insulation material, with stable performance and the highest continuous use temperature can reach 1750℃. Ceramic heat treatment is its ideal destination. This product can be applied to annealing, normalizing and tempering processes. In addition, the wide range of temperatures allows it to be used in metal heat treatment as well. The internal size (capacity) is optional from 1L to 36L. Internationally advanced intelligent temperature controller, PID control, 30-stage temperature time program, accuracy ±1C, and has over-temperature protection and broken couple protection. 1800C Muffle Furnace Tips:
1.MoSi2 Heating Element has the ability to withstand oxidation at high temperatures. This is due to the formation of a thin and adhesive protective layer of quartz glass (SiO2) on the surface. When the element temperature over 1700℃, SiO2 protective layer which melting point is 1710℃ was fused, and because of the surface tension, it fused into drops, which is useless. However, when element continue working in oxidizing atmospheres, the SiO2 protective layer is spontaneously rebuilt.
2.To extend the lifetime of the heating element, please obey the rule of the recommended operation temperature (here refers to the need for continuous long-hours operation)
3.Please use at the recommended heating rate, otherwise it may be broken.
