Atmosphere box furnace can pass hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, ammonia decomposition gas and other gases, and can use vacuum pump to pre-evacuate and remove the gas in the furnace. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, energy saving, etc. It is an ideal product for colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises to do atmosphere protection sintering and atmosphere reduction. At present, there are three main temperature ranges of box atmosphere furnaces, 1100 degrees Celsius, 1300 degrees Celsius and 1600 degrees Celsius.
Atmosphere furnaces can be used for heat treatment of electronic components, new materials and powder materials under vacuum or atmosphere conditions. They are also used for pre-sintering, sintering, brazing and other processes of electronic ceramic products in metallurgy, machinery, light industry, commodity inspection, colleges and universities, scientific research departments, industrial and mining enterprises.
