Atmosphere annealing furnace for warm tips
1. Door block must be placed so as to make sure the safety when user open the first door, also for the value of excellent thermal preservation in the chamber and good effect of silicon strip sealing accessory.
2. The pressure should be not more than 0.02Mpa to use to assure the safety of furnace.
3. It is suggested that when a stable flow rate into the chamber, the flow rate is lower to make sure that there is no side effect to the SiC heating element and MoSi2 heating element, also the refractory material.
4. Corrosive and acidic gases are forbidden to enter the furnace to avoid damage to the chamber
5. Heating elements belong to a consumable accessories, it is suggested that the buyer purchased extra 1set acting as a spare part.
6. The higher temperature,the lower heating rate is suggested so as to make sure a longer lifetime of heating element. 0~1000℃≤10℃, 1000~1500℃≤5℃/minute, above 1500℃＜3℃/minute were suggested.
