Two zone tube furnace
This Two zone tube furnace uses resistance wire as the heating element, adopts double shell structure and 30 section program temperature control system, phase shifting trigger and silicon controlled. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, energy conservation, etc. It is an ideal product for universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises to do high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiment, and vacuum annealing.

Application
Two zone tube furnace are widely used in scientific research and small-scale production in industrial and mining enterprises. Each temperature zone can be individually controlled, and different heating and cooling rates can be set. Different materials can be placed in each temperature zone, achieving dual use of one machine. Widely used in ceramics, metallurgical sintering, tempering, annealing, etc.
Warm Tips
1. The air pressure in the furnace tube shall not be higher than 0.02MPa
2. Since the internal air pressure of the gas cylinder is high, the pressure reducing valve must be installed on the gas cylinder when the gas is fed into the furnace tube. To ensure safety, it is recommended to use a pressure lower than 0.02MPa
3. When the furnace body temperature is higher than 1000 ℃, the furnace tube shall not be in a vacuum state, and the pressure in the furnace tube shall be equivalent to the atmospheric pressure
4. The gas flow into the furnace tube shall be less than 200SCCM to avoid the impact of cold air flow on the hot furnace tube
5. For the sample heating experiment, it is not recommended to close the air extraction valve and air inlet valve at the flange end of the furnace tube. If it is necessary to close the gas valve to heat the sample, pay attention to the indication of the pressure gauge at all times. If the air pressure indication is greater than 0.02MPa, the exhaust valve must be opened immediately to prevent accidents (such as furnace tube rupture, flange flying out, etc.)
