H2 tube Furnace Description

 

The 1100℃ hydrogen tubular furnace developed and manufactured by XINKYO features hydrogen reduction, a high temperature of 1100℃, multi-stage temperature-time programmable control, precise control, automatic gas inlet cut-off, automatic ignition, overpressure alarm, leakage alarm, and other safety measures. It supports the following applications:

1.Bright annealing of metallic materials, such as stainless steel/alloy steel (304/316L, high-nickel alloys, etc.)
2.Reduction and purification of metal oxides, such as reduction of refractory metals: tungsten oxide (WO₃), molybdenum oxide (MoO₃), iron oxide (Fe₂O₃), etc.
3.Reduction of catalyst precursors: such as PtO₂, NiO, Co₃O₄, etc.
4.Sintering of magnetic material powders: such as iron-silicon-aluminum, iron-nickel alloy powders
5.Modification of special materials, such as the reduction of TiO₂ to prepare black titanium (TiOx), followed by high-temperature treatment in a hydrogen atmosphere
6.Preparation of intermetallic compounds: such as TiAl, NiAl, etc.
7.Synthesis and processing of nanomaterials, such as carbon material preparation: carbon nanotubes and graphene grown on catalyst surfaces as the core heating equipment in CVD (chemical vapor deposition) systems
8.Preparation of nanometals/oxides: decomposition of metal precursors in a hydrogen atmosphere 
9.Semiconductor and electronic material processing, such as the processing of GaAs, GaN

10.Hydrogen annealing of compound semiconductor substrates;

11.Pre-packaging treatment of electronic components: High-temperature hydrogen treatment of metal leads and ceramic substrates.
