The electric furnace operator should have the corresponding national electrical equipment operation qualifications, and be familiar with the technical documents such as the random instrument manual!
Temperature System Operation:
The user switch board sends power to the electric furnace, at this time, the program table is electrified, the instrument (such as P, I, D parameters) is set according to the temperature instrument (as shown on the right) manual, the heating program is prepared according to the process requirements, and the heating knob is turned on to make the heating power reach 6KW. The heating power can be calculated as follows:
Heating power = meter voltage × meter current
The normal heating current is about: 22A, and the heating voltage is about: 220V.
Heating stop: After the program temperature is over, the execution time = 0 segment of the program, and the heating ends. Stops pressing and twisting to the closing position. Disconnect the user switch.
Note two
a. The temperature set by the program shall not be higher than the parameter temperature of the electric furnace.
b. When the electric furnace is working, the furnace door shall not be opened. When taking the product, wait until the furnace temperature is below 100°C.
c. When heating at higher temperature, the heating power shall not exceed 6KW, otherwise the heating element will be damaged.
How it works
According to the requirements of the laboratory, the loading and unloading adopts intermittent manual loading and unloading. When loading, place the magazine on the basin support, open and take out the sealing end cover at one end of the furnace tube, put it into the magazine holder with the magazine, and then install the sealing end cover on the furnace tube flange and tighten the clamp bolts. It is then introduced into the process atmosphere until the oxygen content in the furnace tube reaches the process requirements, and the sintering is carried out. After the product sintering process is completed, a small amount of process atmosphere should be continued and cooled down until the temperature in the furnace is lower than the process requirements, and the furnace tube sealing end cover can be opened to take out the product.
